Lauren Peterson graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Nutrition from ASU and is a Registered Dietitian. She has worked as the high-risk nutritionist at WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) and has taught Nutrition classes required for nursing students at various community colleges in Phoenix. Lauren’s passion to educate herself and others about natural foods and supplements grew out of her personal and professional experiences having undergone internships with naturopath practitioners, hospitals, kidney dialysis clinics, eating disorder treatment centers, and the AZ State Department of Health. Lauren also has retail experience having worked 2 years at an independent health food store and 5 years at Sunflower Farmers Market working her way up from clerk to managing the vitamin department. In 2012, Lauren started working for herself representing natural products in Arizona, her home state.
