Fungi Perfecti Dinner Trainings
PCN had awesome turnouts for each of our hosted dinner trainings held in Los Angeles at Guido’s Italian Cuisine on May 25th and in Ventura at Cafe Fiore’ on May 26th. Both nights started with fine dining and finishing with excellent training from Gina Contla, Host Defense® National Science Educator, who gave two fungi perfecti trainings on Host Defense® organic mushrooms, “The Mushroom Renaissance: Allies For Optimal Health”.
